I am very happy with my experience with restoration 1. Troy was very quick and responsive. He came to explore the water damage the same day I called. The crew did a great job of explaining everything every step of the way while they were mitigating and cleaned up all of the damage. They also did a great job of trying to “save” whatever we could.

Had a flood in the house that started on first floor and filled the basement with thousands of gallons of water. Was able to get the team out within 3 hours of calling to pump out and then assess all the damage. They removed everything that was waterlogged into a dumpster and setup a dozen or more fans and dehumidifiers that ran for days to dry us out. Saved the kitchen cabinets from replacement. Made sure to put up dust barriers and cleanup while they worked. Worked fast. Efficient.

We had such a great experience with Restoration One. Tom and Troy were wonderful to work with. Even though everyone in the area was dealing with flooding they still managed to come out the same day I called within 2 hours. They took a look at the job and gave a fair price on the work needed as opposed to giving me a quote over the phone like other companies. They worked with us leaving the equipment longer than planned to let our floors dry out for extra time and were able to save us from ripping up the flooring. We would recommend them again and again and are very grateful for their help and their honesty!
